Zumba @ The Library

zumbaSaturdays – October 1st & November 5th

Fitness has never been so fun with this Zumba class with One Life Fitness! This class is a Total Body Workout with its combination of non-stop hip swiveling, shoulder-shimmying and fabulous footwork. You’ll torch fat and burn calories, whittle your middle and sculpt your hips, rear and thighs. You’ll be so busy strutting your stuff, you’ll forget you’re actually exercising!

All abilities are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. A liability waiver must be signed prior to class beginning in order to participate. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
